Started grouding my Self, and immediately felt "energy surges", dense spots emerging sporadically in my skull, and at different places in my body...

Switched to focusing on my navel point, and... A whirlwind of... sensations, e-motions scattered my physicality... I felt my physical body twisted, parts pulled apart in all directions, following the spirals of the whirlwind...

It started so fast and was so intense, that I just stopped...

After some time, deeper, I started feeling my Self expanded...
Focused on my grouding cord, and felt it huge... Felt my Self huge...
